National Commitment

  1. Commitment to Democracy
We reaffirm our commitment to the United States Constitution and the democratic principles it upholds.
  2. Leadership in the Free World
The United States must continue to lead as a defender of freedom, democracy, and human rights globally.
  3. Fair Taxation and Economic Justice
We are committed to restoring tax policies that built America’s middle class. The wealthy and powerful—both individuals and corporations—profit from the hard work of everyday Americans, and they must pay their fair share to support the nation that enables their success. No one should be able to accumulate so much wealth that they hold unchecked power over society. We support tax policies that prevent billionaires from distorting democracy and the economy.
  4. Accountability for Those Who Undermine Our Nation
We will hold accountable all individuals, corporations, and government officials who have acted against the interests of the American people and the integrity of our democracy. This includes those who have engaged in corruption, financial exploitation, election interference, and attacks on our institutions. We will strengthen laws against corporate fraud, political corruption, and abuses of power, ensuring that no one—regardless of wealth or status—is above the law. Those who have actively worked to destabilize our economy, suppress voters, or undermine the rights and freedoms of our people will face full legal and financial consequences.
  5. Supporting Farmers and Rural Communities
Farmers are the backbone of our nation. We prioritize small and mid-sized farms over corporate agribusiness, ensure fair pricing, and offer relief from crushing debt. We support a national right-to-repair law for farm equipment and stronger protections against monopolistic control in agriculture.
  6. Strengthening Labor Rights
Workers deserve the right to organize, bargain collectively, and strike without fear of retaliation. We will work to repeal anti-union “right-to-work” laws, strengthen wage protections, and hold corporations accountable for misclassifying workers and union-busting tactics.
  7. Fair Trade, Not Free Trade
We support trade policies that protect American farmers, workers, and manufacturers from exploitation by foreign competitors and multinational corporations. Trade deals must include enforceable labor and environmental protections that prioritize American jobs and economic security.
  8. Housing for All
We are committed to fixing the housing crisis by tackling skyrocketing prices and shortages. This includes removing speculators and large investment firms from the single-family housing market to ensure homes are for people, not profit.
  9. Healthcare as a Human Right
Healthcare should not be a privilege for the wealthy. We support a universal healthcare system that ensures affordable, high-quality care for all, including rural communities suffering from hospital closures and doctor shortages.
  10. Investing in Public Infrastructure and Rural Broadband
We are committed to rebuilding America’s roads, bridges, and water systems to ensure every community has access to clean drinking water. We will also expand high-speed broadband to every rural home and business because internet access is essential to modern economic participation.
  11. Education and Workforce Development
Every child deserves access to high-quality education, regardless of their zip code. We will invest in rural schools, technical training, and affordable college and apprenticeships to prepare all Americans for the jobs of the future.
  12. Energy Independence and Climate Resilience
We will invest in clean energy solutions that create well-paying jobs in rural America, including wind, solar, and regenerative agriculture. We support sustainable farming practices that improve soil health and protect family farms from climate disruptions.
  13. Strengthening and Expanding the U.S. Postal Service
The United States Postal Service is the economic engine of this nation and an essential public service. We will oversee its modernization, improvement, and expansion to ensure reliable, affordable mail service for all communities, especially rural areas. We will also fight to ensure that letter carriers and postal workers are treated with dignity and respect, with fair wages, safe working conditions, and protections against privatization.
  14. Breaking Up Corporate Monopolies
We will enforce anti-trust laws to dismantle monopolies in agriculture, retail, and technology, ensuring that small businesses, family farms, and workers are not crushed by corporate greed.
